2025 Investment Sub Committee - Terms of Reference & Declaration

Welcome

As a member of the Regional Arts WA Assessor Pool, you have been asked to be part of an Investment Sub-Committee which has been tasked with assessing applications to the Regional Arts Fund.  Thank you for agreeing to be part of this process.

Before you start assessing we need you to provide information about your current professional interests, declare any potential or perceived conflicts and provide us with information so that we can pay your honorarium.

Please register any arts and cultural or community organisations that you are involved with either in a paid or voluntary capacity or as a member and which you think are relevant.
